Fire alarm installations
We can install conventional or analogue addressable systems to commercial/industrial units. All work is to BS 5839.
Electrical testing
Periodic inspection and testing, domestic electrical safety checks, landlord safety checks, PAT testing, fire alarm and emergency light testing. Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a necessity by the majority of insurance companies. It's also needed by Electricity at Work regulations, to ensure a safe environmnment for employees or citizens occupying the workplace.

We cover all aspects of emergency lighting; including installs, maintenance and testing.

NICEIC certification
We are an approved contractor and domestic installer. All of our work comes with NICEIC certification.
New installations/Rewires
From first fix electrics to second fix, we will provide complete installation- whether it be domestic, commercial or industrial.
Maintenance
We provide a maintenance service for landlords, estate agents etc. Proactive/periodic maintenance visits are available.
Data installations
We install cat 5 cabling and data sockets to patch panels.
Plumbing
Recover basic plumbing for jobs such as; shower installations, pipe repairs and general maintenance.
